Addie Epstein

Principal & Co-Founder

Addie caught the entrepreneurship bug when she became the third corporate employee at GTI, a vertically-integrated cannabis company. There, she helped grow the business from the ground up, transforming a local startup into a public, multi-state operator. During her time at GTI, Addie honed her operational skills in all parts of the business, from creating and developing the HR department to cultivating wholesale customer relationships to standardizing branding and advertising at retail locations. Before that, she worked for a nonprofit organization fundraising from individual donors, foundations, and companies.

Addie received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania. She grew up in Chicago, where she currently lives with her two cats.

Ashley Quisol

Principal & Co-Founder

Ashley's first job out of college was to manage the integration of a small, family-owned business that had just been acquired by a serial entrepreneur. She was tasked with ensuring continuity of customer, employee and vendor relationships as well as the management of physical and digital inventory. Ashley continued her management path at Morgan Stanley where she led a team of 30 people. Most recently, Ashley was VP of Corporate Development and M&A at Numerator, a Vista Equity Partners portfolio company, where she sourced, closed and integrated strategic partnerships and acquisitions.

Ashley received her MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, an MA in Public Policy from Central European University and a BA in Political Science & Russian from Middlebury College. She grew up in Los Gatos, CA and currently lives in Chicago with her wife and dog.
